Yomiom (Laurine Duwa) is the controller of the personal data collected on this site, in accordance with the GDPR.
This English text is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Data we collect
Identification data (first name, last name, email address, phone number), the content of your retreat leader profile (activity name, city, region, practices, biography, training, links, profile photo) and technical data strictly necessary for the service to work.
Why we collect it
To handle your pre-registration and create your account, to display your retreat leader profile, to connect you with suitable venues, and to inform you about the platform launch. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of the service you request.
Who has access
Only the Yomiom team and our technical providers (hosting, database, email and payment services) acting on our instructions. Your data is never sold.
How long we keep it
For a maximum of 3 years from your last contact with us, unless a longer legal retention period applies (in particular for accounting records).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@yomiom.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
Access to data is restricted and protected by authentication and row-level access rules. Documents and photos you upload are stored in private, access-controlled storage.
